Although we’re proudly based in Georgia, our roots stretch across the seas to the heart of Italy. Every batch of pasta we make is a tribute to Nonna’s legacy and a celebration of the love and connection that great food creates.

how it all began

I'm Tammy Duncan, the owner and founder of Pasta Milani.

The dream of Pasta Milani started during quiet moments in my own kitchen, reflecting on the memories of cooking alongside Nonna. During the Covid lockdown, sharing fresh pasta with friends and neighbors became a way to stay connected. Their encouragement sparked the idea to turn my passion into a business.

One day, while on a jog, I decided to take the leap. What began as a small venture has grown into a thriving family business dedicated to crafting pasta with love, care, and tradition.
