Preparing ravioli
Keep ravioli frozen.
Using a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Gently separate pieces and place desired amount of pasta in the boiling water, ensuring there is enough room in the pot. Boil for 2-3 minutes, or until center is warm. Be cautious not to overcook ravioli, or the pasta sheets will separate from the filling. Gently remove pasta from the water with a ladle instead of transferring into a colander.
Our ravioli is handmade and must be handled with care, so they do not break open.
Preparing sauce
Remove sauce from the pouch and place in a microwave-safe container or set out to thaw before heating in a pot on the stove.
Sauces may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
step 1
Thaw the sauce by setting it out at room temperature or in a warm water bath.
step 2
Transfer the sauce to a pot and heat it on low until warmed through.
step 3
Store any unused sauce in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
